HR in a Changing Economy

While the global economy continues to fluctuate, business leaders are frantically looking at how their organization is going to ride this wave and come out on top. While many HR leaders are focused today on reallocation of resources, internal reorganizations, and budget cuts, the single most important questions we must ask ourselves during this unprecedented time are “how will HR continue to be strategic, how will HR provide business value, and how will HR drive organizations to future success?”
The next 18 months will be very interesting as I am sure the HRI team will be helping our clients:
- Create new value from existing technology investments.
- Continue to make progress with reduced budgets.
- Adapt their HR technology roadmap to meet the constraints of limited resources.
- Adjust their talent management plan to respond to this new economic climate.
